Prior to joining Onsite Health, Mr. Blackwelder served as Senior Vice President at Business Executives for National Security, where he was responsible for designing and leading the BENS Partnership Program, the nation's leading model for mobilizing businesses to plan and exercise with government in preventing and responding to catastrophic events. The Partnership began after 9/11 and now encompasses eight regions and includes more than 200 corporations, the U.S. Military and multiple federal and state agencies. Mike Davis CIOMike Davis joined Onsite Health in 2008 and was named Chief Information Officer in May 2009. Mr. Davis is responsible for leading the strategy and overseeing the implementation of Onsite Health's operational and clinical information technology. During his tenure at Onsite Health, Mr. Davis has led the development of enterprise-wide information systems such as electronic practice management, electronic medical records, staffing and logistics management. These initiatives have resulted in better competitive differentiation for Onsite Health and higher quality healthcare solutions for Onsite Health's clients at significantly lower costs. Michael Koenig Vice President LogisticsMichael Koenig was hired as Director of Operations for Onsite Dental in December 2006. Mr. Koenig brought more than 25 years of experience in logistics, P&L responsibility, operations, and event planning to Onsite. In May 2007, he was promoted to Vice President Logistics and charged with the efficient and cost effective scheduling of Onsite's fleet of 25 mobile dental, medical, and hearing vehicles. Torrey Hubred retired in 2009 from the Army National Guard with over 22 years of service. He boasts many accomplishments in his military career both as an Officer and a Non-Commissioned Officer. His experiences range from serving as a Company Commander in Iraq to working at the National Guard Bureau.
