Lauri Mann

Laurie Mann has 31 years of experience in business administration and the management of multiple dental clinics and private practices. Ms. Mann has been with Onsite Health, Inc. for over 12 years now, where she has held several positions, among them: Account Analyst, Director of Practice Management and Director of Onsite Dental Care Foundation. Today she works with clinicians and dental clinics in the Private Dental Practice side of the business, helping to ensure productivity and quality of care. She has profit and loss responsibility for Onsite Health’s affiliated dental practices nationally, as well as for the hiring and development of managers capable of building teams that provide the best-in-class patient care. 

In addition, Laurie Mann has expertise in launching and managing multiple dental clinics, which includes the planning, funds acquisition, staffing, clinical direction and quality care, as well as interaction with funders, caseworkers and patients. Her work in enhancing business profitability and customer satisfaction has been critical to the growth and success of Onsite Health.

Ms. Mann also leads the Onsite Dental Care Foundation in providing dental care to the underserved.

Laurie Mann has a B.A. from American University in Paris. She has attended multiple business management seminars, is a health record DENCLASS dental technician and a certified dental assistant.
