Getting Onsite Health's services on your campus is easy!  Just fill in the "Request Onsite Services" form and one of our account managers will get back to you with more information. 

There is no initial or monthly fee for our corporate clients.  All Onsite Health requires to provide services at your campus is:

1. 60 feet of parking space on days of mobile practice visit
2. Installation of power receptacles by client
3. Reasonable access to the workforce for marketing material distribution

Once a schedule of visits is agreed upon with the client, Onsite Health's experienced team does the rest.
