CFO

Daniel Bowen joined Onsite Health as CFO in August 2009.

Prior to joining Onsite Health, Mr. Bowen held a number of executive positions in a large regional health care system and national HMO provider. Most recently he served as Chief Financial Officer of a multi state behavior healthcare company.

His industry experience has primarily been in healthcare services and products, along with extensive experience in financial auditing and tax services. He spent seven years at Laventhal and Horwath and the Internal Revenue Service where he performed a variety of tasks including financial audits, business valuations, and review of complex tax issues. In these roles, he improved the revenue cycle, increased earnings and provided redesign guidance. Mr. Bowen is experienced in a variety of corporate tasks including treasury functions, systems design, company formation, and acquisition due diligence and negotiations, in addition to traditional CFO duties.

Mr. Bowen is a Certified Public Accountant and has a Masters degree in Finance from Johns Hopkins University.
