Onsite Health issues a hold harmless and indemnification article in its contract with the client organization, utilizing the client's preferred legal language. Onsite Health also lists the client organization as an additional insured and certificate holder of all applicable insurance coverage, such as General, Excess, and Automobile Liability. All Onsite Health affiliated providers have malpractice insurance and all OSH employees are covered by worker's compensation insurance. 6. No. An employee is free to choose any dentist listed as a provider on the company plan.
